TWO CREW OF BULK CARRIER SUSTAINED FUEL OIL BURNS, IN CRITICAL CONDITION

Two duty crew of bulk carrier RAPALLO were scalded by fuel oil in engine room, reported Malaysian Marine Dept on Apr 8, so accident occurred presumably, at night Apr 7-8. Both crew of Romanian nationality are understood to be in critical condition, both taken to Port Dickson hospital and are treated in Intensive Care Unit. Bulk carrier is berthed at JEV Terminal, Port Dickson, loading cargo.
